Elysium Health is seeking a Manager of Ecommerce to play a central role in delivering on our ambitious growth plans for our suite of innovative health products and technologies. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth Marketing, you will own the site experience, conversion rate optimization, landing page development, site promotional schedule, and analytics and reporting with a focus on driving customer acquisition and maximizing AOV and LTV.

Position Responsiblities

  • Develop and implement the overarching strategy for the e-commerce site experience including merchandising, conversion, fulfillment, and customer experience to deliver a best-in-class DTC experience
  • Work closely with the Marketing, UX/Design, and Engineering teams to plan a digital product roadmap and drive enhancements to customer experience, conversion rate improvement, marketing optimization, etc.
  • Lead landing page development for all paid and organic channels with a structured approach around testing strategy for user experience
  • Own and manage our SEO strategy, partnering with an external agency and the internal content team to maximize SEO traffic and conversion rate
  • Responsible for Conversion Rate Optimization, prioritizing experiments, and executing A/B tests in close collaboration with UX/Design and Engineering teams to deliver incremental revenue
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing feature requests ensuring they are made in time for scheduled product releases and marketing moments
  • Distill broader ideas from the internal teams for suggestions regarding the e-commerce store and ideas for future enhancements
  • Prioritize, define requirements, and manage all ongoing web tests across agencies
  • Drive measurable business growth with a focus on delivering on key KPIs (sales, margin, direct contribution, new customer growth, and retention)
  • Set KPI benchmarks from analytics and competitive analysis
  • Own the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and analysis of key site metrics
  • Partner with the customer experience and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for consumers which aligns with best-in-class DTC industry standards
  • Partner with growth marketing to develop online strategies and activities that improve customer acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies and strategies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of industry thought leadership
  • Analyze customer demographics and purchasing behavior to monitor trends and future sales growth

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the DTC eCommerce space
  • Great practical end-to-end knowledge of how to drive top-line growth using digital marketing, analytics, and multi-channel leverage
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and platforms such as Google Optimize, Hotjar, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage web analytics platforms (Google Analytics) and e-commerce tools
  • Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
  • Demonstrated initiative, creative problem-solving skills, and organization
  • Ability to prioritize, track and complete multiple and competing priorities
  • Proven communication and leadership skills, including the ability to influence peers, senior management, and external partners.

  • Need to be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work independently and plan appropriately
